Blonde birch chest of drawers 1820

Rare genuine blonde antique North German Biedermeier chest of three drawers complete with original key and locks. Original gilt bronze ormolu key hole escutcheons and substantial solid bronze carry handles, all original and of the period. Original patina ( french polished finish). The flame rich facing veneers rise vertically across the three drawer fronts. An incised arch below a classic pediment top in ebonized wood highlight the detail. An elegant ebony moulding below the cross banded birch top. The whole raised on elegant splay feet. Circa 1815 -1825 North German .
