A mahogany trumeau mirror with blond wood string inlay and central chevron cartouche.
Still retaining its original mirror plate this early 19th century mirror is quite unique. The neoclassical inspired enamel painted panel perhaps reminiscent of a wedding gazebo with lace crown and twin stars. A very wonderful emblabatic design for the happy couple with large double trunked trees and smaller ones surround the temple denote the growing family. Note the four pillars supporting the rotunda roof.
