Original watercolour painting of townsquare in Suffolk England signed by John Goodchild. John Charles Goodchild (1898-1980)was a painter who mastered the mediums of pen drawing, etching and watercolours. Born in London and studied at the Central School of Arts , London between 1926-1928. In 1929 he established a Studio in Adelaide Sa and began exhibiting his watercolours. Numerous exhibitions followed his many successes. Early 20th century this English watercolour depicting a church bell tower rising above the Georgian village square. Nicely presented in ornate carved frame
