Colonial cedar Barossa Germanic cabinet

Australian colonial solid red cedar filing cabinet with two doors fitted with internal compartments and two campaign handle drawers. Lovely golden waxed patina with good original finish. The Germanic style of cabinet with solid cedar construction and moulded top. Two solid cedar doors open with a steel key and reveal pigeon hole compartments with two internal drawers fitted with brass campaign handles . Wonderful golden patina finish is a value point . This cabinet is classic Barossa valley influence and may have been made in the Germanic provincial Biedermeier manner circa 1870.
