These original Art Deco Biedermeier revival pair carved bergere armchairs with large comfortable seat and lyre shaped backs are raised on sabre legs and are date from 1920 Shield or lyre shaped backs with solid sturdy armrests with elegant carved acanthus scrolls. Features vintage 1950 woven velvet upholstery to seats, backs and sides and made even more comfortable with springs under the seats. All frames are sturdy and retain their original french polished finish a value point!
