Regency Art Deco armchair desk chair

Empire desk chair sleigh back armchair with carved back and acanthus scroll arms in the Regency manner. Well carved back with ornate panel insert and scroll carved arms all in solid mahogany.. The sturdy mahogany frame with carved armrests tapering legs all joined by a lower stretchers. Nice and sturdy ideal as armchair or bedroom chair. The vintage 1930's wool work seat is useable as is or ideal for a Georgian striped upholstery or even leather to add colour and style.
