Marquetry bedside chest 3 drawers

Antique mahogany Georgian 18th century style small marquetry chest of 3 drawers with satinwood inlay raised on on taper legs in the Louis XVI manner. The top with satinwood edg banding with dentilled inlaid moulding below. The top drawer with floral marquetry front with two further draawers below. Ideal as a lamp table, hallway console or even as a bedside cabinet. Made in mahogany with satinwood and ebony inlay and with good original french polished patina.. Furniture of these dimensions did not exist in the 18th century hence this bespoke made piece from 1920.
