Large French walnut mirror carved swags

French Napoleon III neoclassical carved walnut wall mirror with original bevel edged glass and painted and ebonised fluted black columns. The ebonised arched top with shell crestings and carved ornate swags over a large original rectangular mirror plate with bevlelled edge. This is flanked by ebonised fluted pilaster columns to painted frame. Wonderful proportions the original mirror plate is a value point even with slight foxing to the silver backing a sign of the original silvered mercurial gilding to the glass. French mid 19th century in the Louis XVI manner.
