Shaker lamp table 2 drawers American oak

Solid American oak late 19h century two drawer lamp table on turned Shaker style legs with lower shelf. The solid oak top with gorgeous walnut patina and original polish. Two drawers fitted below with turned pull knobs. The whole raised on elegant tapering colum legs with minimal turned rings and fitted lower shelf. The simplicity and elegance of this piece is consistent with Shaker design and could almost be mistaken for early Art Deco, but of course predates this period. Clearance between shelf and below drawers is 34cm. Ideal as a hall, lamp table or even as a bedside table
