Georgian fruitwood armchair provincial

Rare provincial farmhouse late Georgian fruitwood armchair circa 1810 woven drop in seat on taper legs. Good sturdy wooden construction and with H shaped stretcher between the tapering front and sabre rear legs. Traditional Swedish country cabinet making skills so sought by interior designers for that charming touch of honesty in construction and design. Features original patina polished finish in very good condition consistent with age and use. Minor repairs to armrest ends and worm sign to rear leg now filled and made good and sturdy.
