• Full business name and address, phone and fax numbers.
• A link to your own Internet site, and your email address, if applicable.
• A description of your business of up to 35 words. This can include a brief history of the business, details of type of stock carried, or other information you consider important.
• An image that represents your business. It may be an image of a stock item, the front of your shop, yourself, or your logo.

• You can display an unlimited number of stock items you have for sale in the AntiquesPlus Gallery, each with up to three images.
• We have set up an AntiquesPlus prepaid wallet system for dealers who post items for sale in the AntiquesPlus gallery. You can purchase credit in the amounts of $25.00, $50.00, $100.00 or a nominated amount above $25.00 to add to your wallet. As you add items, the charge for each item will deducted from your wallet at our standard rate. Once the amount remaining in your wallet reaches a minimum figure, you 'll have to purchase additional credit to top up your wallet, before you can add further items.
• Funds will be added to your AntiquesPlus wallet through our Eway secure server link. If you do not have a credit card, or do not want to process charges via the internet, you can contact us to make arrangements to add funds to your AntiquesPlus wallet either by cheque or authorising us to manually process your credit card.
• There is no need to resize images before uploading, as our system will automatically resize your images to internet display size. However if the image is in excess of 1MB (1,000KB) in size, the upload may time out. If the image is less than 100KB you will receive a message that it the image size is too small.
• Items uploaded will be eligible for inclusion in Carter's price Guide to Antiques in Australasia, and Carter's Everything Vintage. As well a selection will be published in the 'Marketplace' section of each issue of the Collectables Trader magazine.
• Free entry of items for 3 weeks commencing Friday February 19, 2010 until Sunday 14 March, 2010. Items will remain on display on the AntiquesPlus site for the standard period of 12 months.

You have full control over the content of your business information and stock items details, through dealer access by username and password.

How Your Data Will Be Displayed

• Inclusion in the listing of antiques and collectables dealers in the geographic region in which your business is located.
• Your own 'Home Page' including your business details, the image of your business, links to your own site and a list of the categories in which you are offering items for sale.
• Inclusion in each of your items with a similar items from other dealers. Eg all your items classified as 'Marine Artefacts' will be included with items in that category from other dealers.
• A listing with short description and thumbnail image of all of your items for sale at any time
• An Individual 'page' for each of your stock items with the full description and large image of the stock item.
• Once you have sold a stock item, you can remove it from display. Items are automatically removed after twelve months, in order to keep the site fresh. Sold or removed items can be reinstated at any time.
