A large quality English made mahogany bracket clock with an eight day quarter striking German movement impressed Peerless with the number 219391z. The strike sequence on this is as follows, on the first quarter hour (quarter past the hour) it does one two tone double strike, on the half hour it does two two tone double strikes, on the three quarter hour it does three two tone double strikes and on the hour it strikes the single hours. (ie five strikes for five o-clock etc.) The mahogany case is in excellent original glowing condition, never been stripped and re polished and the inlay is genuine, not transfers! Comes complete with key and pendulum. | Dutch bracket clock ebonized case
Lovely ebony cased bracket clock. fully working mechanism but later of a later date to the case, possibly having been a replacement for the original 30 hour movement, this is an 8 day movement. Two train with strike on bell, on the hour count and half hour strike. The fine 18th century period case with fretwork sides, front and rear doors.

An elegant antique German Bracket clock in good working order. Features impressive carved timber case with beveled glass front and side panels. This fine old timepiece has dual coiled gongs which strike on the quarter hour, and count out the time on the hour. The solid brass movement has recently been serviced and adjusted. | Fine Quality French Edwardian Desk Clock
Fine quality desk clock with a 8day french Movement Circa 1900. Case is superb, almost Regency Style and quality with fine Boxwood stringing, primary timber satinwood 3D sunburst inlay to bottom corners sitting on Brass splayed feet and a Bronzed Brass Handle. Movement is typical French escapement, 8 day, overhauled and keeping perfect time. Clean undamaged dial with beveled glass. Very Clean fine little clock.

Gilt french Bronze Cardinal clock 1827 In excellent condition with fine Bas relief panel and emblems of learning and knowledge. The Jewel quality gilt bronse statue is most likely Cardinal de Richelieu. The original mechanism is in perfect condition and is dated 1827 signed Louis Cuve , Montpellier, signed to main spring.
