A genuine Victorian era Tortoise Shell belt in almost perfect condition, these pieces are very find these days. The backing of one half of the buckle is missing & there are a few surface scratches, but other wise Ok. hence the low price.

11 cm across. It is a really good example of this type of Art Deco celluloid buckle. It could do with a little tidy up on the back. The black japanning is missing in a couple of place. The front is perfect.
