Colonial Cedar Sideboard C 1870 Beautifully carved adornments, striking grain to the Cedar, an elegant piece. This nineteenth century sideboard is of full Cedar construction and is in excellent condition. Applied carving to the back, with a single shelf on turned supports. Shaped centre drawer, flanked by well carved corbels. Below are two shield panels on the lower doors which exhibit vibrantly grained Cedar. Key to lock away treasures. Original turned feet. A charming example of Australiana which has survived over 140 years. Reduce, re-use, recycle. Antiques are Green.
