French Empire bureau desk console table

Antique French Empire escritoire secretaire bureau desk with marble top upper drawer and mirrored fall front compartment opening to reveal leather writing surface. Flanked by shaped columns with mercurial gilt ormolu bases and coninthian capitals. Perfect hallway piece console table. The whole topped with a white marble slab. Superb condition with rosewood fitted interior , again with full turned columns and drawers. Writing surface is 72 cm high D48cm W45 cm. Each lock with ormolu gilt steel keys. The narrow depth is ideal as a hallway console . French 1830.
