Rare mahogany Directoire period tripod based gueridon lamp table. The solid circular top and nicely tapered and facetted column support terminating in three elegant out swept sabre legs. A gueridon was traditionally a multi purpose table with ideal height for candelabra stand or as wine table. French Directoire late 18th century
