C1760 French Louis XV Fauteuil Armchair

This elegant Louis XV style and period chair was made in Paris about 1760. The frame is tight, and we have repolished it recently. We have left the upholstery it came in as it is charmingly aged, and still comfortable. Pegged construction ensures it is robust for daily use. It is ready for another 2.5 centuries of use.
