Antique Gustavian 1780 chest of drawers with Kolmarden marble top gilt bronze mounts rosewood marquetry. The original Kolmarden marble top inlset into the mahogany and Brazilian rosewood frame. The chest with canted corners and marquetry inlaid fielded panels with tulip wood kingwood and rosewood. The French Louis XVI inspired chest is beautifully proportioned with accentuated taper legs and brass sabot feet. 2 drawers with original locks and working key and a brushing slide between the drawers.
