French marble top inlaid display cabinet

A good quality antique French serpentine shaped display cabinet. The mahogany cabinet is crowned with ormolu pierced gallery surrounding a rouge marble top. On each side of the cabinet is a bow shaped pane of hand blown glass displaying the original rich rouge silk velvet interior. The front of the cabinet has a curved front door with ormolu surrounding the hand blown glass. Both sides also have ormolu bronze surrounding the shaped glass. The vitrine stands on cabriole legs with ormolu feet. The cabinet is elaborately decorated and shaped and fitted with two wooden shelves.
