Tall Danish grey 1760 longcase clock

Antique tall 18th century hand painted grandfather clock Gustavian grey longcase clock with ornate provincial painted floral dial. The 18th century clock case with hand drawn glass door and tear drop panel insert. The arch top with dentiled moulding with dove centre. A hinged glass door to access the clock handles. A carved solid panel door below the clock to access the windup chains, pendulum and two iron weights. pull the weight up for another days work. The clock mechanism housed in the this longcase clock is a decorative 19th century replacement whilst the case is 18th century.
