Rare Chippendale Georgian mirror 1750

Antique 18th century Georgian Chippendale mirror in mahogany and curly flame maple with carved mouldings. This is a most unusual mirror with very rare hand cut curly or burl maple veneered sections top and bottom scroll carved in the Chippendale manner. A value point is that it not only retains its original mirror glass but also the original waxed polish finish with a lovely warm patina. Imagine the stories this mirror could tell....having reflected more than 250 years of history! Original glass mirror plate is in very good original condition. North American 18th century
