Dutch oak baroque writing desk bureau

Dutch baroque oak bureau desk with ornate bronze handles serpentine shaped front and fitted interior. The ornate carved moldings to drop front desk top over solid oak serpentine shaped drawers. The fall front desk is opened with an ornate silvered key to reveal a fitted interior with drawers and central door. Please note that period desks of the early 18th century are very rare and hence expensive and these proportions are more useful in modern interiors hence this bespoke made early 20th century example fits the decorator's requirements.
