French oak & gilt Louis XVI coffee table

Vintage original solid French oak top coffee table on carved legs with lower platform base hand painted gilt patina 1960's. The beautiful golden French oak top rests on a sturdy base raised by four turned and carved columns to a shaped platform base raised on bun feet with antique white ceramic castors . The base is highlighted by gold leaf details with a lovely 18th century style patina. Tables of these dimensions are highly sought after as entertainment units or Led Tv stands and also serve as coffee tables as these proportions did not exist in the 1700's hence this bespoke table.
