Rare small size antique Dutch mahogany two drawer chest with ebonized Georgian columns and gilt bronze handles circa 1800. Rare smaller size ideal for modern living in smaller spaces, this gorgeous chest is in oak with mahogany veneer surface and inlaid ebony edging and string inlay to elegant tapering legs. Each drawer with original lock and one working key included. Gilt bronze ormolu handles compliment the Georgian neoclassical style gold leaf column capitals and bases.
