Antique Scandinavian four drawer chest of drawers in solid oak of the late Empire or Biedermeier period. The solid top with original french polished finish and original patina in very good condition. With rare turned column supports to body this is an neoclassical design and is ideal for the formal room for storage or even in the bedroom or lounge room . The top drawer with ogee shaped front in blonde oak. This rests over two middle drawers set back into the frame of the body and flanked by two full turned ebonised columns . All drawers open very smoothly and runners have need serviced.
