An antique French Louis XVI style mahogany 3 drawer straight fronted hallway or bedside chest of drawers also known as a petit commode. Each drawer is pulled open with ornate cast gilded bronze ormolu handles and open very smoothly. The straight sides and front flanked by canted corner facades. Raised on elegant carved cabriole legs. All drawer open very smoothly. Ideal for a hallway console lamp table or even bedside cabinet.
